This week marks the 4th edition of The Full Planner! and what started as a test has become more of a lifestyle than a small business. A lifestyle of experiencing more freedom in all aspects of my life to do more of what I love and am excited about; something that, if it resonates with you, I want to share with you.
This journey of entrepreneurship has had ups and downs and here are some reflections on why I love what I do and how as we celebrate, we charge ourselves with energy to find better ways of doing things and look forward to the future with hope.
The Full Planner was not born with the first purpose of being a money machine: it was born out of the need for a radical change of life towards one that would work for me to make room to have time to do more of what I love and what excites me. Be this from taking care of my health, entrepreneurship or even little things like having coffee with a friend.
In that sense, the first quality that The Full Planner has, is to be more than a product, it is an accomplice for me and whoever wants to have it, to push us to look for more of what is important to us.
The Full Planner aspires to be a hero in society: not only to generate direct and indirect employment, but I have decided to make this a place where people are inspired not only to do a good job but to increasingly have lives they love even if it means they have to leave tomorrow to follow a dream.
The Full Planner always looks for and surrounds itself with the best friends: knowing that one cannot do it alone and seeing in that opportunities for expansion and growth has been one of the most enriching things of this process. Looking for hands and minds better than mine have made us solve problems in less time, mitigating greater risks and making us grow quickly.
