WHAT WE GET ASKED THE MOST

About payments, promotions and gifts:

  1. What forms of payment can be used?

    We only accept credit or debit card payments.

  2. Do the prices include taxes?

    Yes, all taxes are included in the prices shown in the description of each product.

  3. How do I use the discount coupon?

    When you place your order, when you go to checkout you will be given the option to enter a "discount code". Click on that option and enter digit by digit the code you have received.

  4. Do you offer gift packaging or customization service?

    No. All our products are delivered in their respective packaging already defined and you will love them.

  5. Do you offer wholesale prices?

    Yes. We offer discounts starting from 25 units. If you wish to request a quote, you can write to hola@thefullplanner.com and make the request.

  6. Do you offer workshops or talks?

    Yes, Maria Ibarra our founder and specialist in project management and effective time management, has created talks and workshops with different themes to do more of what we love including our personal and professional goals and objectives. For details, you can write to hola@thefullplanner.com telling us your needs and we will gladly contact you.

Shipping:

  1. What is the shipping cost?

    The cost depends on weight, quantity and distance and is defined at the time of purchase. The Site, according to the mentioned parameters, makes the calculation.

  2. When will my order be arriving?

    All orders are delivered within 3-5 business days for deliveries in Costa Rica. For international orders, the delivery time is up to 15 business days.

    These times may be extended in high season and launch season which includes the months of September, October, November, December and January. At the time of placing your order the time is specified depending on the season.

  3. What are your delivery hours?

    From 7AM to 7PM Monday through Saturday.

  4. Do you offer international delivery?

    Yes, via DHL.

    Once the order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled or refunded. The warranty is applicable only in the following cases:

  3. I can't place my order.

  4. I received my order wrong.

    In the event that the User has received a wrong product, that is, the product received does not match the one purchased, or has not received one of the products ordered, the User must follow the following steps:

    - Write by any of the means of communication mentioned in Section 4 Customer Service.
    - Send your order number and explain the situation through the means mentioned in Section 4.
    - In case of having received a wrong product, it must be in perfect condition. It will be scheduled for pick up.
    - In case of a missing product, it will be delivered to the customer as soon as possible within 3-5 business days from the resolution of the claim.
