Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or advanced student in business administration, marketing or related careers.
• At least 2 years of experience in successful store management.
• Management of budgets and projections.
• Excellent command of MS Office packages.
• Knowledge and experience in the management of social networks, their use, trends and capabilities [desirable].
• Speaks and writes fluent English.

Scope of the position: 

• Manage the growth and productivity of the business. 
• Create, lead and develop the production cycles of the business, supervising the daily operations of the store. 
• Design commercial strategies to promote the business.

• Development and organization of promotional campaigns and in-store displays.

• Creation and management of budgets, financial records and inventory and new items.
• Customer service in physical and virtual stores
