Welcome to The Full Planner

Welcome to thefullplanner.com. These terms and conditions govern your use of the site, including purchases and services offered. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, we ask that you stop using the site immediately.

At The Full Planner, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide a positive experience with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will do our best to resolve the problem within the framework of this document.

General Terms

The online shopping platform is designed for persons over the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must use this site under the supervision of an adult, who will be responsible for your use of the platform.

The Full Planner maintains a satisfactory inventory, but product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in product information, pricing or availability without notice.

The Full Planner will be able to:

  • Change products, prices or availability.
  • Cancel orders if there are inaccuracies, in which case no charge will be applied or a refund will be issued.

The content of the site, including text, images, product descriptions and designs, may not always be up to date. The Full Planner reserves the right to change these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

3. Shipping Policy

 

We refer to national territory to the countries where we operate: Costa Rica and the United States.

 

High season refers to the period from October of the current year to February of the following year.

Deliveries within the national territory: Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days after purchase. In high season it may take more days without prior notice. 

International Deliveries: Orders will be delivered within 15 business days, subject to high order volumes during peak season or promotional periods. Delivery times may be extended.

If delays occur due to factors beyond our control, we will notify you. 

No changes can be made to your order once it has been processed.

For orders with in-store pick-up, pick up your products two hours after making the purchase, at the following times:

  • Monday: Closed
  • Tuesday from 1PM to 6PM
  • Wednesday to Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

4. Customer Service

5. Warranty and Returns

  1. The warranty period for The Full Planner is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  2. Warranty applies only to calendar errors
  1. No refunds are accepted. Exchanges will be made within 30 days.
  2. Changes will be applied once we receive and verify the product.
  3. The warranty does not cover:

○ Minor imperfections due to manual processes or differences in materials.

○ Damage from misuse, liquids or chemicals.

○ Unauthorized alterations.

For items under warranty, transportation costs will be covered by The Full Planner.

6. Promotional Items

Items purchased on promotion are final sale and are non-exchangeable, unless they present defects as mentioned above.

7. Order Error Claims Policy

If you have received an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us through the communication channels in Section 4.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the problem.
  3. In case of incorrect products, make sure they are in perfect condition for return.

8. Deadline for Claims

 

At The Full Planner, we are committed to offer you an excellent service and ensure that your orders arrive in perfect conditions. However, in order to guarantee a quick and effective resolution in case of any inconvenience, we inform you that the deadline to receive claims related to missing or incorrect products is 24 hours from the moment the delivery of your order has been confirmed.

We recommend that you check your order immediately upon receipt and, if you identify any discrepancies, contact us within the established period. After this period, we will not be able to accept delivery-related claims.
