1. Terms and conditions of the site thefullplanner.com

Welcome to thefullplanner.com.

With this policy agreement for making purchases using the Internet, it is intended to state the terms, conditions, regulations and agreements governing the use of the site thefullplanner.com or The Full Planner brand (hereinafter "The Site"), including, but not limited to, services for the purchase and sale of goods, products and services.

By using the Site, the end customer (hereinafter "The User") accepts all the terms and conditions of use set forth herein. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions described herein, please immediately cease the use of this online site as well as the purchase and sale of goods, products and services.

At thefullplanner.com we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve it within the framework of this document.

2. Generalities

  1. The online shopping platform The Site is designed to be used exclusively by persons of legal age (18 years and older). Any minor (under the age of 18) must use this site under the exclusive supervision of an adult. Each adult parent or legal guardian is responsible for monitoring and supervising the use of this website by any person in their care and is fully responsible for their use of this platform.

  2. The Full Planner maintains a satisfactory inventory of products, but it should be clarified that given the nature of the retail business, the quantities and periodic rotation of the product is continuous, and therefore the stock may vary from one moment to another and without prior notice.

  3. If for any reason information appearing on The Site contains inaccuracies, omissions, typographical errors or information that is not current with respect to prices, descriptions and product availability, The Site reserves the right to update and correct such omissions, errors or inaccuracies without prior notice.

  4. In addition, The Full Planner will be able to:

    • Change the products and services being offered for sale through The Site website, as well as their prices, specifications or availability, at any time, without notice and without liability to The Site.

    • Terminate, cancel or not process orders (even if they have been received) when the price or any other part of the information on the Site is inaccurate. If this happens, the User will be notified that the order is cancelled and will not be charged or the respective amount will be credited to the same payment method used to make the purchase.

  5. All material on The Site, including but not limited to trademarks, product descriptions, text, html information, design, graphics, code, photographs, videos, software design, product selection and configuration may not be accurate, complete, current or error-free.

  6. The Site reserves the right to change these policies at any time without notice. They shall apply to all visitors to the Site and all transactions conducted on the Site. Any changes will be applicable after being published on the Site and the conditions prior to the transactions prior to the changes made will be recognized. The User shall be responsible for regularly consulting this agreement and being aware of its contents.

3. Delivery policies

  1. Home deliveries will be made within 3 to 5 business days after purchase for deliveries in Costa Rica. International deliveries will be made within 15 working days after the purchase is made. Delivery times are subject to the number of orders since they are prepared and shipped according to income and in high season [September to December] as well as in promotional periods, in these cases the number of days could be extended.

  2. Please note that purchases made on (official) holidays or Sundays will be processed on the first following business day. If we are unable to deliver the order in that interval due to any inconvenience beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible. We cannot change any order details (product, size, color, quantity etc.) once the order has already been processed and completed by the user and the user already has an order number given by the Site.

  3. Deliveries will be made throughout the territory of the Republic of Costa Rica with local operation during the period described in paragraph one (1) of this section, and international operation from Costa Rica during the period also described in paragraph one (1) of this section.

  4. The User must pay the cost of shipping at the time of purchase. The amount to be charged for shipping will be a fixed amount established by the Site and will be displayed in the shopping cart of the Site.

  5. Purchases made through the Site will be delivered to the User at the requested destination, as long as it is within the aforementioned coverage area.

  6. The User shall be the only one authorized to receive the product and sign the receipt of the same. However, The User may authorize a third party and include it as recipient of the goods, always under the sole responsibility of The User.

  7. In case of doubts, we will try to contact the User by telephone. In case of any lack of communication, the Supplier reserves the right to deliver the package and it will be returned to the Distribution Center.

  8. The Supplier will make a total of two delivery attempts. After these two unsuccessful attempts and having the package at the Distribution Center, the User is responsible for contacting and requesting a new delivery attempt, the cost of which shall be covered by the User.

  9. In case of acts of God or force majeure such as weather conditions, road infrastructure or specific conditions of the country that do not allow the free transit of transport units, or any other that prevents the normal operation of deliveries of the Site, the supplier will reserve the delivery of the package, contacting each of the Users to coordinate the new delivery date according to new availability of agenda or make the corresponding refunds of money.

  10. If the user selected the option to pick up in store, he/she must pick up the order two hours after placing it, always respecting the store's opening hours (M-F 10:30 - 18:30, M-F 10:00 - 18:00, S-Sun 10:00 - 18:00).

  11. If the user selected the option to pick up in store, he/she must present his/her order number and identification.

4. Customer service

For any questions, suggestions, queries or complaints about the Site you can contact the contact center of The Provider, taking into account the following schedule and means:

  1. Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm by mail:
    tuorden@thefullplanner.com for deliveries in Costa Rica and International.

5. Warranty and returns:

1. The deadline to exercise the warranty by The Full Planner to any product sold by The Full Planner is 30 calendar days (one calendar month) from the date of purchase. In order to make a claim, the only way is tuorden@thefullplanner.com for purchases made in Costa Rica and International, indicating in detail and with images the detected defect. In this sense, claims made outside this period that do not present the product eventually damaged and the defect is outside the scope determined here will not be accepted.

2. The warranty is applicable only in the following cases:

- Due to calendar errors.

- Due to printing errors.

3. No refunds will be made. In the event that for any reason mentioned above, the customer wishes to make a change, it will be done through brand products and within 30 calendar days (one month).  

4. In case of any change, the customer must send his order and proof of payment, by any of the above mentioned means of communication.

5. Exchanges will be applied once El Sitio receives the complete product (with box, accessories) from the customer and is reviewed.

6. The guarantee is exempted in the following situations:

- All our products, being made of, but not limited to, paper, vinyl, wood or metal and passing through human hands in their production, may present differences between one and another, even those of the images on the Site or in our social networks, such differences ("speck", "spot", "wrinkle") are not an error but part of the material and are not considered for return. However, each case or claim will be evaluated and assessed by the production and customer service team.

- Physical damage due to misuse, handling, transportation or carelessness.

- Damage caused by the presence of harmful elements (liquids, chemicals, substances, etc.).

- For damage caused by external accessories or equipment not specifically designed for such product.

- When the product has been altered or repaired by persons not authorized by THE FULL PLANNER.

7. In case of any exception, all products are subject to review and diagnosis without exception.

8. In the exceptions and once the product has been picked up, and it is verified that the product meets the above conditions, the User will receive the replacement of the product under warranty within 5-8 business days after notification of the acceptance of the claim.

9. Transportation costs involved in the return of products under warranty will be covered by The Full Planner.  

Promotional Items

All items purchased on promotion are considered last sale, therefore there is no exchange at national or international level. Only applies for damages mentioned in point 2.

  • The Full Planner Order Error Claims Policy:

In the event that the User has received the wrong product, i.e. the product received does not match the one purchased, or has not received one of the products ordered, the User must follow the following steps:

1. Write by any of the means of communication mentioned in section 4 Customer Service.

2. Send your order number and explain the situation through the means in Section 4.

3. If an incorrect product is received, it must be in perfect condition. It will be scheduled to be recalled.

4. In case there is a missing product, it will be delivered to the customer within 3-5 business days from the resolution of the claim.
